How do you ship?

In the UK, our products are available through Mighty Plants.

Mighty Plants ships our items frozen, using insulation materials and dry ice to maintain temperature. While they do not guarantee that the products will arrive frozen, they utilize next-day or express delivery to ensure that items reach you at refrigerator temperature.

Is the shipping and packaging material recyclable?

Insulation material is recyclable as it is made out of recycled paper. Dry ice bags, no.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
