"Pulled" Sliders

This recipe is inspired by a veggie burger I used to eat as a young child at E.J’s Luncheonette on the upper east side in NYC. I wasn’t even vegetarian, but my mom was and would order their veggie burger which had guacamole and alfalfa sprouts on it. Soon instead of ordering a regular burger, I would always order this, and still remember it as one of my favorite veggie burgers. Though when adding pulled juicy marbles in bbq sauce as your burger meat it is no doubt an INSANE upgrade. Hope you like it!
