Cheeze Sauce
450g peeled and chopped potatoes
160g carrots
1/2 liter of water, for boiling carrots and potatoes
70g sun dried tomatoes (can be replaced with a bit less of tomato paste)
40g onion
7.5g soy sauce
8g garlic powder
25g mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
15g lemon juicy
1/4 cup of non dairy milk (add in small amounts at a time to help blend. You might not need all of it)
A dash or two of oil (olive oil, sunflower, or other oil of choice)
1-2 tsps of salt. Adjust to your taste
Sautéed onions & peppers
Handful of peppers of different colors, cut into long thing strips
1-2 onions in half circles 2cm thick
1 tsp splash of soy sauce / tamari
Salt and pepper to taste
Crispy garlicky smashed potatoes
5 medium potatoes
1 white onion
2 garlic cloves crushed and chopped
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of non dairy milk
1 tbsp of plant-based butter
1 tbsp of plant-based parmesan
Some rosemary, fresh or dry
1/2 tsp sumak
2 tsp salt
Some pepper
Herbed yogurt sauce
1/4 cup of unsweetened plant based yogurt, greek if possible
1 tsp of lemon juice
A generous amount of chopped parsley and/or dill
Salt and pepper to taste
